The volumes that "empty" the full volume, inserted to the east and west, create three internal elevations: one very closed and isolated to the north, one fragmented by the windowed openings towards the spaces communicates east and west, and a very open south front marked by balcony loggia shaped to multiply the views and perspectives inside the accommodation.

The object of the competition is a large office building in EUR area in Roma, built in 1960 in a classic modern international style, designed by architect C. Ligini.
The brief of the competition is to keep the historical meaning of this important project for Rome but to renew the facades, the layout and the technology of the
building to meet the needs of the future Headquarter of the Telecom company.
