Residenze Livraghi

The project is designed to create spaces for environmental mitigation and spaces for relationships, by placing two types of unbuilt spaces: individual spaces and shared spaces. The individual space is made up of private gardens of the respective apartments on the ground floor and at the head of the building to the south and continuous balconies on the various floors. The shared space consists of a common garden that develops all around building B (inside the lot): to the east, a common space directly facing the condominium rooms; to the west a space for relaxation; to the south a highly vegetated path on an embankment. The connection between the two buildings A (building on Via Livraghi) and B (internal building perpendicular to building A) is underlined by a passage immersed in dense vegetation.
