The project proposal for the New Headquarter of the CAP Group is unifying in one single place offices and company’s common services. It takes in consideration urban complexity and typological demands of workspace, trying to put them together in a sustainable and contemporary architecture.
The project has  important objectives: coherence with the city and the its transformation; the architectural identity as recognizable element; the efficiency of the fluxes and floor plan layout; internal and external flexibility; architectural sustainability in the energy-saving function and well-being; phases that optimize demolishment and new constructions enabling in the same time existing functions. The project foresees the construction organized in phases to permit to continue the work for the existing offices and laboratory during the buildings construction. The overlapping of plans and the architecture of the space allow to distribute assets with maximum autonomy. There is a  maximum flexibility of layout activities along the perimeter of the facade, high availability of natural light, the articulation of an open plan individual offices, with a lot of intermediate solutions (meeting room, meeting point, space team, etc.). The buildings incorporate LEED strategies going beyond technological interpretation of the theme of sustainability. The morphology, the architectural language, the distribution of spaces and the materials are inspired by choices that evoke the theme of sustainability and might  be the inspiration for future buildings in Italy.
