The project is part of the PEEP area in the City of Abbiategrasso. The proposed new housing construction and high flexibility with sustainability within the social housing program is structured in modular spaces that can be easily changed.
The relationship with the outside and the place have facilitated the use of bioclimatic solutions that have given the energy performance in class”A”, thanks to the energy control during the summer.
