This area is at  the center and at the same time on the edge of the urban transformation of the northern part of the city of Milan. Here are condensed interruptions, traffic flows, the continuity of the urban fabric and insertions. The construction of Central Station, the freight yard, in the area of Garibaldi Station, the present freight yard are included in the urban fabric with the strength of large surfaces catalyst of urban dynamics, creating tensions that are going to "load" some nodes that have never been solved in the context of continuity to release these energies. These potentials we find them today on this occasion of the project to enable a dialogue between the two areas of the city that connects the walkway. Interpreting these lines of force that condense in the flyover as if it were a "bottleneck", we have expressed in tracks that mark the routes, the areas of dynamic connections from joint activities in the public space.
