The project belongs to the interventions of SHE "Sustainable Housing in Europe" research funded by the European Community, provides that the environmental sustainability of the interventions is defined by an occurred procedure and practice. The design checks and strategies were carefully studied, all the physical aspects were simulated with software or methods of calculation in order to introduce the most appropriate design variables and optimize the conditions of comfort and use of resources energy.
The optimization of energy performance has allowed us to reduce energy consumption and improve overall environmental conditions.
The coordination of the project was held up to the construction design carried out by another firm.
