Via Tortona Residenze

In Milan, in an disused industrial site, the project of this residential complex wants to explore and to meet the concepts of flexibility, urban design, sustainability and social relationship. In the ex industrial sector inside the town, we want to preserve a memory of history of the place without forget the urban relationship of the present and of the next future. So the design of the complex was a big courtyard inside building with a solar-visual control facade.
