In this area of intervention we create a small central role for the neighborhood and its inhabitants, designing a complex of dwellings that overlook a system of common spaces in relation to each other at multiple levels, where the pedestrian paths, the plazas, the crossings, combine to form a "continuous network of connections". We use an eco-sustainable dry building technology with X-LAM (construction system in hardwood plywood panels, structural cross-axial) which allows a high level of prefabrication, reducing time, cost of building and structures carriers, a careful process control production / construction, with its structural weight reduction and excellent static and seismic behavior. This technology minimizes the impact of construction operations on the environment, using materials certified PFEC that enable total recycling and eco-compatibility of the production process.
For the coating has been proposed, ventilated facade with high strength bakelite wood composite panels, colored terracotta panels and composite and recycled fiberglass panels.
These innovative construction strategies, and an efficient plant with the use of renewable energy are fundamental to building energy certificates in Class A.
