The proposed new construction of offices of the future lease takes into account aspects of environmental improvement work spaces. Energy conservation is considered by both the thermal and electrical point of view. The natural light and the control of solar radiation are obtained thanks to a dynamic system control on the envelope, with the transport of natural light, the adjustment of the natural ventilation and chimneys of ventilation.
