The Pregnana Milanese design proposes a different language than the most popular, in a context where the contemporary residential architecture seems to find little practice, this is also a test of character of the client. The action stems from the desire of the client, that in the event coincides with the construction company, to conduct an application in the field of residential building trying to get replicable answers in reference to the use of manufacturing solutions and technology for greater sustainability .
The planimetric choices are influenced by the shape of the lot and the context, to give greater weight to the visual relationship with the outside world has chosen to orient the building with the main front in the south-west, from which you can get deep into the visual the Lombardy countryside. Pedestrian access is from the north-east, it means from the center of the subdivision and the access driveway is located outside the influence of solar radiation. This scheme allows you to enhance green spaces, creating three levels of usability: a collective, a semi-private and private last (terraces and roof gardens). The green space is in part a collective garden and an orchard in the area where every family has the opportunity to develop their passions ortho-cultural.
