"Baia del Re" Housing in Parco Nuovo is a new approach to living, not only follows the new guidelines for the classification efficiency and saving energy, but little attention to the broader theme of "Sustainable Housing".
The urban layout following the instructions of the Baia del Re Masterplan by introducing a variable that breaks the rigid geometries urban linkages through invisible forces and alignments with the surroundings. This renunciation of repetitive shapes the dwelling, which is a place where everyone should be able to recognize where they can recognize their own individuality in a broad social context.
"Sustainable Living" is to live in a healthy and safe place, living in Parco Nuovo means to live in a peaceful place that returns users a level of comfort and satisfaction than average to live environmentally conscious. Air, Light and Sun are available in all areas of the house where the simple natural elements become exclusive.
