The new Parco Pitteri has a triangular shape with three main access points: the first from the public use area to the east, via the bridge over the Roggia Molinara; the second from Via Camillo Otto Cima, which serves as both a pedestrian and bicycle access and a maintenance entrance; and the third, to the north, which is currently interrupted. This northern connection is pending the extension of the park along the municipal property, as planned by the local administration, to link it with the Parco della Lambretta.
Within the park, organic shapes define small areas designed for free play or relaxation, as well as a large open space intended to serve as a focal point for residents.

The new Tvetsnoy park is like a large natural balcony over the Oktha River, a great opportunity to create a meeting place with nature and a place of integration between the inhabitants of the neighborhoods that are under construction and planned. The limit of the city gives it the characteristic of being the opportunity to define a clear urban margin with the natural environment.

The project area, is not fully occupied by the building that defines. Its vivacious geometry is opening synergistically new environments to the urban context. It is an urban building, strongly related to the city, place where you can show the culture of Bauhaus as urban culture in continuity with the history and the context in which it appears.
