The project proposal is a planimetrically simple building that organizes the 14 lodgings in a volume articulated in the voids and in the form of the roof. The volumes that "empty" the full volume, inserted to the east and west, create three internal elevations: one very closed and isolated to the north, one fragmented by the windowed openings towards the spaces communicates east and west, and a very open south front marked by balcony loggia shaped to multiply the views and perspectives inside the accommodation.
