Think Local Act Global: The project, along with its site plan schemes creates a harmonious urban sector, and variable structure is designed to configure a SMART complex, eco-friendly and sustainable, able to sustain high levels of environmental quality and welfare of the inhabitants.  These priorities concern the project as a complete system (in relation to the system's viability, morphology and type of building, and integrated system of green), potentially associated to the "spatial pattern" of patios and paths of the site.   The type of the block house, with the different configurations and phases of building is able to articulate in  simple hybridizations with the various requirements of modular surface and housing concepts. Formally similar living spaces find an important reference in the climatic conditions, with their  orientation and territorial vocation also create an organisation system around the centre of the collective green space changing with the urban environment.
The project is based on certain strategic targets, in order to offer a range of simple innovations compatible with the socio-cultural and environmental aspects of the place and current usage patterns of residence and reproducible, economically and technologically, in current local situation.
