The community housing must be recognized in a place where the person can maintain his habits in the rules and in the common principles. The project contains individual differences within unitary spaces and "democratic" as a unit of residential community. The spatial and temporal relationships become shorter but there are relationship between the units themselves and the community. To and from the neighborhood and the social context. The chosen technology is aimed at maximum reduction of environmental impacts during both construction management of the building materials themselves. The philosophy that inspired it is the least overall environmental impact, using the prefabricated wooden stratified.
High precast and speed of installation of the system allows to build 1st day of each building and the autonomy shipbuilding groups of buildings. The plant shafts are positioned in such a way that a floor-plan you can aggregate up to three rooms on the ground and 10 different types of accommodation.
The building will have a high energy efficiency and use renewable energy sources.
