The project, for 18 housing units and a basement for service and support to the residence, reconstructs the internal courtyard morphologically similar to the layout of the Lombard farmhouse without a mimetic or nostalgic attitude but giving the architecture a contemporary interpretative language.

The new Tvetsnoy park is like a large natural balcony over the Oktha River, a great opportunity to create a meeting place with nature and a place of integration between the inhabitants of the neighborhoods that are under construction and planned. The limit of the city gives it the characteristic of being the opportunity to define a clear urban margin with the natural environment.
