With the construction design for the 14 Hebil Bay resindences the study involved in coordination with Studio Alhadeff Architects for the architectural design and with the technical studies in Istanbul.
The definition of the technologies chosen for the project was developed with the aim of providing the highest level of summer thermal comfort and indoor air quality control with emphasis on energy savings in both winter and summer season.
The choice of local materials has allowed more control of the visual impact from the sea and the inclusion of green roofs from the ground. The construction design and detail has examined several architectural variables and defining a character of homogeneity among the four types of housing.
