Balancing Pavilion

This small space is in equilibrium between the time of the events and the time of the landscape. The forest of pipes protects the  space of mediation between the inside and the outside. Inside is the time of the event outside the time of the landscape. The space is designed as an architecture that can find a place in the urban environment and in the natural environment. In the urban environment hosts the passage while in the natural space the realm. Transparency, translucency allows us to see the whole, as a reading space mediated by the architecture, the light passes through it.
The same platform is the basis for fixing the tubular structure of the covered part. The panels on the outside are fixed to the scaffolding, attached or hung on the structure, skirts opal polycarbonate panels outside and  plywood panels inside. A big window allows the outside to come in as part of the whole.  Inside an overhanging wooden panel, divided into two parts, is at the same time and the ceiling and a table or a support plane for exposures, making it drop with a simple system of pulleys and cables. The dimensions and the shape and flexibility makes it usable in many contexts and for different activities, the possibility of closing it allows the use even in urban environments without having to fence off the area. Outer space living, organized on the platforms, as an expansion of the interior, on the platforms people can meet to talk discuss is an open space to the city, a exchange space of culture. All materials used are recyclable or recycled and easy to find.
