The design of the landscape of the FKY Complex is based on different “garden frames” that define the project in a unique contemporary residential compound. 10 different gardens are related to the use of the open area or to the building type, a big common green continuity design the connection in-between the buildings that find in the large farm circle the hearth of the complex with big signature palm trees circus. Each type of passage, green area or building site will be designed considering a “sophisticated normality” where each different “garden frame” give the sense of comfort, quality of the space and a bold image of the site. Three types of design solutions are leading this approach:
- the design of the Park (Farm, Majlis, Common outdoor space)
are designed and fixed in the Masterplan by planting and shapes.
- The gardens of the Mansions (Main Villa) will be designed one by one on desires and needs of the client/owner.
- The gardens of Villa will be implemented with a self design choosing on a common Abacus of plants (fixed large plant list), in the way to have a bespoke garden but with a similar planting structure of the Villa area open spaces.

The Park of the Common Buildings will be composed of perennial plants from the dry Climate region. The planting will be according to an organization in a vertical layer scheme according to the Community plants garden design approach, or plants growing and generating a community between resilient and competitive. Planting will comply the hardiness climate zone and AHS Heat Climate Zone.
A large shaded Olive and fruit trees forest will surround the central Circus to create a wide shady area.

The main entrance Avenue and the central circus of the Park will be highlighted with Signature trees. Inside the plant pattern of the perennial meadows there be will also be ‘guests’ plants that will contribute to the balance of the garden and certain perennial plants
“signs” that will generate attention and evidence in the plant carpet.
