The Constitution garden is located in Kuwait City, is the first step of the future Museum cluster named Martyr’s Park, the garden is placed at the center of Al Shaheed Park. The garden is shared in two area, one represent the “old era” the second “the new era”. The monument marks a passage from an old area that represents pre constitution time, to a new area that means post constitution period of the State of Kuwait. The garden of the old area is untidiness, scattered and rugged due to lack of a Constitution. Plants at this old area are less diverse and lack clear cut pathways which are separated by sand and bricks. Advancing from this ancient time to the new era, there are more and different plants with adequate water, coming from a reverse osmosis treatment,  straight and clear cut pathways,  forming a planned oasis with 183 trees, as the number of the “living articles” of the Constitution and shrubs with many colors and in various sizes, symbolizing the plurality of the society with all its components and social classes and cultural levels. The central fountain represents the treasure to be protected and the quiet surfaces of mirror fountain reflect the clear sky of Kuwait. It is garden of meanings.
